Often times, our criminal justice system isn't equipping offenders with the tools they need to thrive outside of jail. Many continue to commit crimes in order to stay afloat and often end up back behind bars. Creative solutions need to be found to get people out of this cycle.

Jail to Jobs is committed to helping youthful offenders break this cycle through employment based mentoring and training. Since 2009, they've been helping provide youth with resources and programs that help to lower recidivism (repeat offending) and give them equal footing to succeed.
