Saving Lives: The N.I.C.E. Project & Austin’s Fight Against Opioid Overdose

Join us for SVP Austin Connects with N.I.C.E. (Narcan in Case of Emergency) Project to learn about how they are providing unrestricted, anonymous access to Narcan (a medication used to reverse opioid overdose) through vending machines placed in vital locations around Austin, allowing individuals who need it to simply enter their zip code for access to this life-saving treatment.

We are honored to have Em Gray as our guest speaker. She is a leading advocate for healthcare equity, as well as a harm reduction and peer recovery support professional.
